I can eliminate A (fungi *are* eukaryotes, as their cells have membrane-bound organelles. they are generally saprophytes, as they consume dead organisms. I disagree slightly with "parasites" (not all fungi are parasites, however there's another answer choice that is more egregiously wrong)

any ideas between B+C? as a major hint, try searching what fungi cell walls are made of
