Honestly no one has ever hurt me to the point where I scream at them or verbally trash-talk, etc. But no ones perfect. If someones hurts me, I'll hold grudges and not say anything. BUT that doesn't make it right. If someone hurts you, its better to say something nicely. And forgive generously. That's very important.

all the times we were together hanging out. then you left me. you ignored me. you hated me. you hurt me. you. broke. me. i tried not to cry at night, but i couldn't hold it in. for crying out loud i literally PRAYED FOR YOU! every single night that something would change. but nothing ever DID change. the last time we laughed at our own inside jokes and i hugged you and said "bye".. i never knew it would be the last.
