i keep having this issue with my phone. i tried restarting it and it's still happening... i have the samsung galaxy s8 and there is no way to get to where the battery, hardware, SIM, and SD. idk what to do

there is away to get to the battery but u got to pop the back of the phone off

that's the thing, there isn't a way to take off the back. there is no notch thingy

i used the thing it came with to open it, and the SD card came loose in its cartrige thingy. i put it back. and the sim card was kind of loose too so i fixed that

i think my phone might be messed up somehow. there is a little crack on the corner of rhe screen near the area where the SIM and SD card goes
