If everything in the universe – including atoms and particles stop moving, does time stop? Or does time continue even if everything is frozen? also im not sure where to put this other than here.

I don't think time would stop. I'm pretty sure everything would be frozen. Almost everything is made of atoms, including humans, since they're the building blocks of all life. Everything would be frozen, yet time would continue, if I had to guess.

i saw a video something like this... if the world suddently stopped spinning, then everything would be flung forward because of momentum, even though the earth is slowly spinning
