Xaophu:

the sum of 4 consecutive integers is 270 which is the smallest?

Mercury:

let's let the smallest integer be (x) since they are "consecutive" integers, the next largest is (x+1) and the next one is (x+2) and the last one is (x+3) since the sum is 270... (x) + (x+1) + (x+2) + (x+3) = 270 from there you can solve for x, the smallest integer

Xaophu:

thx

Xaophu:

66 right?

Mercury:

yeah that's what I got too

Xaophu:

thank you i forgot the formula so i got stuck but i should be able to do the rest so thank you
