Karl:

Let set A = {odd numbers between 0 and 100} and set B = {numbers between 50 and 150 that are evenly divisible by 5}.

Mercury:

full problem is asking for A ∩ B (please correct me if this is wrong) this represents the intersection between A and B, or in other words, the list of elements that are common to both sets so let's think about what numbers would be in set A and set B: set A = {odd numbers between 0 and 100}, so 1, 3, 5, 7... 99 set B = {numbers between 50 and 150 that are evenly divisible by 5} = 50, 55, 60...150 which numbers do you think would be common to both sets?
