I don't want to give away too much, but I'll tell you off the bat that there are two out of 5 choices that work

- one of the choices, you can get by combining the p terms on the right side (be careful with decimals)
- another choice, you can get by multiplying both sides of the equation by 100

the rest of the choices are not equal to the original equation
