How do you know if you have depression, Anxiety, stress, anything like that. Because I think I have it, can someone help me?

Stress will give you dark circles under your eyes! When you have depression you always want to sleep and be alone!

I can't there is a reason, my parents 1 don't know about this, and 2 they'd think I was faking it to get attention, 3, I would probably get in trouble for no reason, and 4, they wouldn't let me see a Doctor.
