it is the 6 different favorable conditions for which food born pathogens can reproduce Food acidity time temperature oxygen moisture F the type of food it is A describes how acidic the food is (pH) which determines how well the pathogens can grow T how long the pathogens have to grow on the food T describes the temperature in which the pathogens can reproduce (ex cooler temps lower reproduction rates in bacteria O describes the level of oxygen present (some pathogens need more oxygen to reproduce correctly no they dont have lungs thats stupid M bacteria always grows better in moisture rich environments i know all of this because im really into cooking and it was part of one of my classes
