Well, all the choices seem to make sense. 
Bettie already has written about the effect the cat has had in her life, though. And “kind and loving” are words that label its qualities. And she’s also added some  information of its background, saying it was at the animal shelter, and it was two.

So which choice is left? What’s remaining that would improve this narrative?
