PLS SEE ATTACHED FILE
Hint: Triangles have a base and a height. In effect, a vertical and a horizontal. Slope is when you take the change in vertical and horizontal planes, so something rose by 2 units then ran by 4 units.
PLS TELL ME HOW TO GET THE ANSWER
I cant give you the answer Try base times height and if that doesnt work then dm me a picture of it
Did you create the triangles?
I cant open the file lmao
I just went.off what you said and used the basics
But once I see the problem.ill be more help
@DBOY I need to know which parts you need help with. If you've already created the triangles, etc.
I HAVENT I DONJT KNOW THIS STUFF
Down 4 units right 2 units then multiply divide and subtract the numbers in the correct order and you will get your triangles and the answer
@shadow if I'm wrong please correct my math
I'm not sure what you're doing there.
I'm doing it the basic way my math teacher taught me 3 years ago
For Part 1, Draw a line from A to the y-axis to make the lower triangle. Then for the upper triangle, draw a line from where the slope intercepts the y axis, right 4 units, then go up to point B. Then for each point of the triangles, assign them a letter and write down their coordinates.
@shadow you a math teacher??
Welp I'm heading to bed shadows got you
Haha no, just a college student. And goodnight.
Dboy do you understand how to do Part 1?
NO
