Question

I started writing a book. I only got 1 page into it. but here it is. Tell me what you think. Its called ''You make me brave''
Why do you believe in Jesus Christ? This is a question many Christians are asked throughout their life. Its easy to answer, but when you actually sit down and focus on that question, it changes your whole perspective on God, and the world. I was 13 years old when I was first asked those very words. The question didn't click to me at first, but once I realized what that person had asked me, it took awhile for me to think about. When I was a little girl, life was tough. Things weren't always peachy. I had sinned a lot. I grew up without knowing, or loving god. My family made a lot of horrible decisions that effected me and my siblings. I didn't know that difference between love and hatred. My mom used to walk around and say we were worthless. You never realize the value of those words until something happens. Then you will feel the guilt. 1 john 1.9 says ''If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Confess whatever is making you feel shame, guilt, and regret.
