Which of the following is a true statement? Erosion due to wind-blown sand is a process of chemical weathering. Erosion due to wind-blown sand is a process of mechanical weathering. Erosion due to wind-blown sand is a process of geological weathering. Erosion due to wind-blown sand is a process of biological weathering.
@Shadow can i getc some help
Which one are you thinking?
i thought it was the second one
Yeah apparently geological doesn't exist as a type of weathering. Biological is basically plants/animals, and chemical is effectively oxidation or acidification, and mechanical is when processes like temperature are at play. I would say wind isn't a chemical, and definitely aligns more with heat as a means of erosion than with an animal.
