Welcome the QuestionCove! It is important to remember that negative exponents means that the factor goes to the opposite side of the fraction if its in the numerator, it will go to the denominator. Conversely, if its in the denominator, it'll go to the numerator. Once, you've settled that, you can add the exponents if the factors are being multiplied (which in this case they are)
