To quit smoking you have to have a quit plan and what i mean by that is that you have to have a plan to keep you off of the drug something entertaining after a while you will feel like you need it keep using that plan. after five days he nicotine will wear off and you wont crave anymore. hope this helped
To quit smoking in anyway is going to take a lot of effort but my dad has recently stopped smoking and he has started vaping with nicotine slowly cutting down nicotine so that he can go to a water vape and maybe quit vaping later on to it may not be the healthiest way to quit but he did manage to finally stop after we tried to get him to for about 4 years although the process of when he actually decided to quit took just about a week
