Like I said, it is still in the Constitution and it has not been removed. And if you think that it still doesn't apply, then you obviously have not been paying attention to the unjust things that happened to blacks on a continual basis in this country. It doesn't matter what you think it matters what is actually happening and what is actually happening is cops are not charged for killing blacks. Why because Blacks are 3/5 of a person

Blacks get falsely accused of crimes. Blacks have to deal with a such thing as a Karen. Blacks cannot reside in a dorm room without Karen's falsely accusing them of something and then a SWAT team storming their dorm room.
