Do the reports ever actually work? like when somebody is doing something wrong, they never get suspended, but u can get suspended for smaller things like spam, why?

The reports do work. I'm not completely sure how they work, but I believe the moderators will get a notification. I don't know if the notification sound is different for reports or not, but that's what I believe. The moderators will then look into the report and the evidence given. If they don't have enough evidence, there will be no judgement. If there is solid evidence, then they will take action and do what is neccessary. However if you keep false reporting, you can receive consequences depending on how many times you've false reported. *false reporting is reporting someone when they did nothing against the rules*
