Can someone please help me with this? Its not work I just wanna know my grade. So I have a 70 right now. I completed a summative grade(Which weighs 71%) and a formative (Weighs 29%). What will my grade go up to?
what did you get on the summative and the formative
A 90 and a 50 out of 50(100)
the summ is a 90 and the form is the 50 out of 50
please stop responding if youre not gonna help.
what you could do also is try to find the average out of all or your grades and dividing them by the number of summatives and formatives you have taken
I was kinda looking for someone to do it for me but okay thanks
no problem
Do u still need help?
yeah. Im trying to figure it out
Okay, did ur teaher not tell you the final score?
he is taking too long to put the grades into the gradebook
nonono Those percentages are the weight that it has on my overall grade. Meaning the 71% is how much of my grade itll effect. Thats the summative which Is a 90. The Form(29%) is a 100. My grade right now is a 70. I'm trying to figure out what my grade will be once the grades are put in
"Calculate the percentage you earned on one specific grade. To do this, take the total number of points you earned on the assignment and divide by the number of points the assignment was worth. If, for example, you earned 38 points out of a total possible 50 points, then your percentage is 76, as shown here: 38 / 50 = .76 or 76 percent. This is generally considered to be a "C" grade on a standard grading scale.Determine the percentage of a class grade for one specific assignment. For this, you will need to take the possible points for every assignment in the class and add them together, and then divide the possible points for the specific assignment in question by the possible points for the course. If, for instance, a course has a total of 1,000 possible points and yesterday's test was worth 200 points, then you would divide 200 by 1000. That means that yesterday's test would be worth 20 percent of your overall grade in the course." My teacher's way of doin it.
wew thats a lot to read. But I think I got it now. Thank you guys
