Being optimistic means that you keep your hopes up and have confidence in your future. So that allows us to say it's not a, as if you were hopeful about your own future you most likely wouldn't think others have control of your fate. Out of the remaining three answer choices what do you think it is?

Personally I'm at a bit of a lose for this one, as being optimistic is healthier for you and it will allow you to be healither in the future. However it can also help you have a more successful relationship and help you make more money as you will be able to work forwards more. Personally I think that the answer has to be B it C. I'm not sure which one it would be though, I'm just sort of leaning towards C. Sorry that I don't fully get it :c
