That number is called Smart Score.
Yes, the question's already been answered, but I would like to specify certain aspects of the smart score system. :)

As you can see, there are three categories: Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Engagement.

You up your teamwork by inviting other people to QC- those who also need help with their work or are willing to help. You can also do that by cooperating with other users to answer questions.

Speaking of which, Problem Solving is pretty straightforward. You raise this by simply, answering questions. Once you're given the medal for it for answering well, it can rise. Remember to lead the user to the answer though. :)

Lastly is Engagement. This one's the easiest to raise. Just communicate with the other users- be public chat or just on the question threads when you answer a question. Engage with people, especially new users who might need help understanding!

But that's about it. Overall, just participate in QC, and your smart score will raise. :)
