How do you know when you're driving safely?
when you aren't in an accident
no one dies
You, your car, and other people/cars aren't harmed
A good litmus test is to take an honest prisoner with you who knows how to drive and have them let you know if your driving makes them uncomfortable and how/when.
you don't hit anything
@Shadow what does litmus mean?
Paying attention to the road at all time,and your surroundings while driving.
When your passengers aren't trembling or holding onto the roof handles tightly for dear life. :)
Whenever you don't get pulled over by the police for breaking the law while driving. *such as texting & driving*
I forget the specifics but in chemistry you use a special paper to test if chemicals are present I think, and if they are, it turns a certain color. I was just using it figuratively.
ah, I see

When you realize that others in your car are comfortable when you drive or others in cars around don't seem to just want to get by you. And when you would be able to have the most important people in the car with you, so you know you will do everything you can to keep them safe. Does that make sense?
I feel unsafe when my sister is driving lmao

lol
