Which sentence contains an infinitive? Clayton asked his mother if he could take the bus to the skate park. Although she was busy, Clayton's mother offered to give him a ride. After sending an email to her boss, Clayton's mother grabbed her keys. When Clayton got to his mother's car, he noticed she had a flat tire.

I would recommend tagging other smarter (not me) people to this post. lol Good luck!

mxddi3:

i'm a little late, sorry. but, an infinitive is "to + verb" so you will see to and then an action, such as: "to jump, to go" now in these sentences, which one has a verb (an action) after the word to?

MiraAngel:

MiraAngel:

I'm following the rules. I'm not mean. You are mean by not actually helping people out, which they come here for. Giving them multiple irrelevant answer isn't helpful

MiraAngel:

If you followed qc rules I wouldn't be so... what you call "mean"
