so we should look for the profession that does not deal with both medical and legal matters.

I will eliminate D, because forensic pathologists are a type of physician (so a doctor) who examines dead bodies (that's the medical side.) + they work with law enforcement to report data that may be relevant to legal investigations (that's the legal side).
