"Please remember to upload any diagrams associated with the problem!", why is it saying this?

Shadow:

\[7m^3 - 3m\] The greatest common factor or GCF is the largest number we can 'take' out of each number. Remember that factors are integers, that are multiplied by other integers to make an integer. So take 4, its factors are 1, 2, 4. Because 1 x 4 is 4, and 2 x 2 is 4. Looking at this one we can take out only m \[m(7m^2 - 3)\]

jojo1:

thank you!
