hi, welcome to QuestionCove :) sorry it took so long to get you a response! Harappa and Mohenjo Daro were both very busy cities that had citadels for protection from enemies and floods which were made of bricks fired in a kiln. This is unlike Mesopotamia. It's believed the governments of these cities were strong qnd very well organized because the construction of the buildings was carefully planned. The nomads from Central Asia (the Aryans) brought cattle and horses to northwest India with them. based on this, you should be able to see what the migrations of these tribes brought to the Indus Valley :)
