This was done mostly to curb a little bit of the huge SmartScore growth that Vocaloid got - I neglected to do manual adjustments for a while and it led the system to get a bit hard. Whoops!

The SS algorithm is pretty complex - so it's not as simple as just saying everyone went up 7 points. Hence the question, out of curiosity of the full effects of it
