because if we are able to go to the pins at 16 and go to war at 18 then we should be able to drink and smoke because they consider us adults at 16 and 18 for war and the pins but not for smokin and drinkin

Do you need to include both smoking and drinking or are you able to just talk about drinking? Smoking age is 18 in most states if I’m not mistaken whereas drinking is 21 federally.
