Hi, welcome to QuestionCove! so, in this situation, the speaker is saying her youngest brother, and then she goes on to describe him by saying his name is Julian. The sentence says youngest brother - this means that there can only be one youngest brother. By stating that the brother is the youngest one, we already know who the speaker is referring to, so do we need to have his name in the sentence?
