old question, answering so this can be closed explicit geometric sequence formula\[a(n)=a_{1}(r)^{n-1}\] a1 is already given as 2.7. all you need to do is figure out r from the recursive formula. look at the recursive formula and figure out what number we multiply by to get to the next term.
