I keep rolling my ankle and have pulled a muscle in the back of my leg, running Cross Country. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can you help PLEASE? PLEASE help! (I am sorry if this in the wrong subject but I can't seem to put what subject I want it in.)

Your coach can't oblige you to run if you're injured. I'm sure that's against some rule. Just tell him your situation and i'm sure he'll direct you to assistance.

Tell your coach you’re physically incapable of continuing to run. It’s not your decision it’s your body’s and if your coach has a problem with it and continues to make you run you need to find someone above him and tell them.

See a doctor is the best we can tell you. I don't have any medical solution for a pulled muscle, but i'm sure an expert will. Just call if possible and keep the injured area warm and rested until then.

I'm going into the medical field and they are right. You coach does not need proof for you not to run unless you will be out over a week. The best thing to do is try and rest if you cant you need an ice pack. Keep it on for about 25 to 30 mins. Try and do it every other hour. That should help with the swelling. And if you can try and stay off of it as much as you can. They more you move on it the more it will hurt or it can get worse. If you have any more questions let me know hun.
