it trys to sell more items by giving a discount and a discount code which takes off 10 percent and most people will use it so that's more money for the store and more merch for the buyer
in my opinion the message should have been more out going and seem more personal and more creative because that looks like a simple business quote but other thing that it makes you feel like a family and apart of the company

I would say the need for more holiday buyers. By the deals they are presenting they hand off the image of trying to get more buyers who would be interested in the deals they are presenting.

(2) How does it try to accomplish its goal to sell merchandise?
They appeal to the interests of others by making bargain deals with their items they are selling. They have coupons that could save money and that appeals to others at the moment because they will be doing a lot of shopping for the holidays.

(3) Describe the effectiveness of this message.
The effectiveness is pretty good. The coupons are great but I think that many other places have bargain prices and coupons so that may not appeal much for this particular company. I think the thing that appeals the most is the online part of it because people won't need to go out and buy the stuff, they can just do it online.
