~ Be welcoming to new users,
~ Encourage the site guidelines when you see them being broken, and

The prerequisites to be considered are:
~ Must have been a user for at least 6 months,
~ Well known by the community, and
~ Your account must be in good standing for at least 2 months.

You MUST be 13+ and be able to show some form of photo ID that contains your date of birth. You may cover up any sensitive information on your ID, but your birthdate needs to be visible. After completing this form, please email contact@questioncove.com with the attached photo ID.

I don't think it will be pinned ,that's just visibly too many pinned posts, and it will get in the way of the actual questions we're meant to help out with on the site.
