" You would wanna multiply the (50) shares by the (15.30) per share. \[50\times15.30=765\] (765) can also be written as (765.00) Now as stated "if he cashed in (half) of the shares of this book" You would divide the total amount of money that guy gonna get from his (50) shares which is (765.00) by (2) \[765.00\div2=382.5\] (382.5) can also be written as (382.50) So option B.)$382.50 would be correct.
