dragonalpha:

a online retailer based in new hampshire is suing one of its ohio based competitors. allegedly, the competitor sent out false advertisement stating that the ohio retailer was not properly safeguarding costumers private financial information. which court would most likely have jurisdiction over this case? A. a state supreme court B. a federal district court C. a U.S. supreme court D. a federal court of appeals

mxddi3:

ok you can eliminate the supreme court because they deal with cases relating to Constitutional issues and this does not happen to be one of them.

mxddi3:

it would not be heard by a state supreme court either seeing as it's the same as the US just in a state level. based on option B and D do you have a guess?
