If a person's goal is to increase his or her overall fitness, which is the most important factor: the specific aerobic exercise a person does or the intensity of the exercise? Defend your response.
From my experience in weight lifting, intensity only matters if you want big muscles. For general fitness you don't need to lift big. Just burn calories.
Thank you so much <3
Just a specific exercise is all u really need to burn calories and to lose some weight where Intensity would give u more muscles like @Shadow said
