If you're meaning the titles that dude, shadow, elsa, etc... has, those are the kind you buy. But if it's the ones like "graduate, wizard, rounded", you can't buy those. Those you got to increase your smartscore

If you want to buy titles (And the worked >_> Ultri)

1. You'd go to your profile
2. Go to the `Trophy Room` you should see something like this

3. Click on `Unlock Titles`
4. When you have enough medals, you can choose to `Unlock` any titles you are eligible for :)
