G3tH3Pxmpthat5Amx5t:

do you*

olivia14:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @G3tH3Pxmpthat5Amx5t do you* \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) yes

redhead23:

oh ok make since but u alr got the answer didnt u?

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @redhead23 oh ok make since but u alr got the answer didnt u? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) no

jhonyy9:

they traveled total 1050 km x km. traveled by bus y km traveled by train from these given details you can writing x +y = 1050 and bc. riding on the train 200 more km. than on the bus so this mean that y = x +200 from these two equations just you need calcule the x and y value hope helped understandably easy

?\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @jhonyy9 they traveled total 1050 km x km. traveled by bus y km traveled by train from these given details you can writing x +y = 1050 and bc. riding on the train 200 more km. than on the bus so this mean that y = x +200 from these two equations just you need calcule the x and y value hope helped understandably easy \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) how do i solve it tho

jhonyy9:

how you ve learned to solve a system of equations ?

jhonyy9:

so bc. there is given y = x + 200 in this case you can substitute this value of y in place of y inside the first equation and calcule the x value after get the x value so just substitute it inside the second equation and calcule the y value

jhonyy9:

Olivia ok ?

jhonyy9:

courage this is easy

jhonyy9:

you know that x +y = 1050 and y = x+200 so what you get than substitute the y = x+200 inside the first equation in place of y ?

olivia14:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @jhonyy9 how you ve learned to solve a system of equations ? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) i just forget

olivia14:

like the steps

jhonyy9:

x +y = 1050 so write in place of y this x+200 and in this way what will get ?
