in all three of these scenarios, you have a few very high income people at the top skewing the distribution away from a normal distribution

A ---> only a few professional baseball players make millions, while most make a low/average wage

B ---> a few rockstar salesmen at the top get a lot of sales, while the rest make low/average wage

C ---> same logic, people like Bezos skew the average higher
