In these difficult time they are simply  trying their best and due to the covid online schooling is the safest choice for all students.

I'm not too fond of it. 
Online Schooling has its pros and cons; whether you like it or not is subjective. For me, it's not very different from offline. They both suck because it really isn't online/offline "education" they focus on getting grades, so students trade-off the actual learning just to get a good grade.
I think they can improve by hiring better teachers.

as to what they can do better they could concentrate more in areas ans schools with lower income as well as include programs to help those students whom come from a broken family.
