what would you say was the best fat burning exercise was?
Like what body part are u trying to burn fat in and or which do u want to burn more fat in?

The best option would be doing sit ups for about 2 hours a day and Jogging and running about 3 -5 times a day for 1 hour and 30 minutes is a good way to burn fat over time.
But honestly u need to make sure it is a do ever day kinda thing and be comminted to doing so.

Protein is beef, lamb, veal, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, emu, goose, prawns, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, clams, eggs, milk, yogurt (especially Greek yogurt), cheese (especially cottage cheese) and a lot of more stuff.
