A friend started a strength-training program last year and has seen good results. He is now strength-training nearly daily and taking performance-enhancing supplements, hoping to accelerate results. What are your feelings about his program? What would you say (and not say) to him?
Welcome to QuestionCove, @brandyq. What are your thoughts?
i need help with this question thats why i asked like your opinion
Well, this is your question. Let's make this like an everyday question. Say you have a friend that worked out a lot last year, and they're in good shape. They continue to workout daily, but with steroids (performance-enhancing supplements) to become bulkier and heavier. Do you think that's fair to them and their body? Do you think they should do that?
yes so do you have an answer to this question?
I cannot give out direct answers, only assist.
i dont think its fair to his body
That's a start. (: You're doing great. Why do you think so?
steroids can lead to health problems
Yes. What kind of health problems do you think?
If unsure, here's a list. |dw:1604981974864:dw| Source:https://kidshealth.org/en/kids/steroids.html
