It's ( B. Eardrum ) I'd say this due to the fact that everybody should know when sounds- (Sounds waves) are made, it travels to the eardrum, then the eardrum sends that electrical impulse to the brain, to where the brain finally recognizes it and interpret it as a sound. (All the people above me need to explain why their answer is correct) Hope this helps !
