Which of the following describes the Federalists' view on ratification of the Constitution? The ratification process should begin only after each state added amendments. Quick ratification would prevent unrest and increase stability. Ratification would not be necessary if the Bill of Rights was added. Ratification had to be delayed until more power was given to the states.
well since i cant guide you to the answer when ur not here, The ratification process should begin only after each state added amendments does not describe Federalists' view on ratification of the Constitution because if you had info attatched i would be able to make it clear but its just obvious to me so A is eleminated and same for D and now we are between b and c so Quick ratification preventing unrest and increasing stability doesn't describe the federalists' view however, Ratification would not be necessary if the Bill of Rights was added does.
