However, the manager instead of maximizing business profits started maximizing his own interest by selling the designs in black to the competitor’s designers. Analyze the above situation and explain the possible problem that might occur for Al-Karam.

I feel as if his profits might just (blank) if he chooses to do so,but there is a small chance that it would work if can produce more than profit-maximizing quantity is i guess.And i think this should be in finances.
