I would say "anthropologists" wouldn't really be an answer, due to the fact that they study and specialize in the observation of "Human Behavior".

Forensic anthropologists look at human body parts-(These body parts are from humans that are deceased), they then can dig up information on the human such as how old they are, their gender, the nationality of the person. They get all this information from the skeleton of the then dead person to determain who they are.
