Rigo:

a car traveling at 35 km/hour accelerates to a speed of 45 km/hour in 0.25 hours. what is its acceleration

Lilian9667:

What do you Think?

Rigo:

im asking cuz idk

Rigo:

duh

Lilian9667:

ok

Lilian9667:

Well the speed is given as distance divided by time I think that first you should simplify the two rates 58/2=29km/hr and 71/4=17.75km/hr After that find the meaning or average.

Lilian9667:

i hope that helps

XlilxmoonX:

hey

Rigo:

kinda, thx

Rigo:

i need help

Lilian9667:

Like for the answer

Rigo:

idk the acceleration

Lilian9667:

No i think The average speed is 146 km / 7 hr ≈ 20.9 km/hr

Rigo:

acceleration. not avg speed

Lilian9667:

Gosh your math can sumtimes be alittle differcult lol

Lilian9667:

But not reallly tho

sealake101:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @sealake101 so 30 seconds is half of a min so at first put 30/60 then simplify it to 0.5 min/60 which equals 0.008 hr. so 55km - 25km over 0.0083 hr then whats 55km - 25km? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) 30km over 0.0083 hr = 3614.45

Rigo:

35 km/

Rigo:

not 30

Lilian9667:

Well there you go =D

sealake101:

wait sorry i read your question wrong I'm doing this in math rn too I got mine and your question mixed up lmao sorry...

Rigo:

ur good, thx

sealake101:
