What is the point of this story?

There was a little boy who had a parrot. The Parrot had the most foul mouth in the world. Well one day the parrot said his last foul word. The little boy picked the parrot up and stuck him in the freezer. Well the parrot cursed, and screamed and yelled until all of a sudden it went quiet. So the boy opened the freezer, and the parrot was shaking in fear. He pointed to the other side of the freezer. What happened to him? He was pointing to the frozen chicken

Not all strong and mean people are unbreakable, give them something to be frightened about then they'll cave in themselves. Makingang example out of others are effective ways of discipline.
