Why do I feel angry at my family for no reason? This is for physiology class
you feel angry at yo family because you hate them because they tryin to tell you to not do something bad but u rly wanna do it so u don't listen to yo parents and get mad at them because they don't let you do something bad
I honestly think u may feel angry towards your family members due to things that happened that doesn't even involve them.Taking out your stress on others is surprisingly very common--maybe due to buildup of stress u have-u need to get it off of your chest and taking it out on your family is how u do so.I would say u would wanna work on controlling that a little bit better.

There are many reasons as to why you could be feeling this way toward your family. There could be things going on in your personal life that you haven't told anyone about and the feelings are just bottling up. It could be because you don't like the way they do things or you think your family is too controlling of you, etc. You would bottle it all up and constantly let your anger out on your family. You could be stressed about something in your life and since you are around your family a lot, it's easiest to take it out on them and put the blame on them.
