yes it is correct, a linear function always has a domain of negative infinity to positive infinity, same gos with the range (unless the function is a horizontal or vertical line), can you see that the line goes on forever for both the ranges and the domain (in both directions)?

Yes, all linear functions have that domain and range, unless either it is horizontal or a part of a piecewise function (which it is not in this scenario)
