Sports participation is a good predictor of adherence to exercise later in life. What previous experiences have you had with participation in sports? Were these experiences positive? What effect do they have on your current physical activity patterns?
wrestling- was a good sport tuaght me how to work for my team and win for my team but also showing that its an individual sport as well so you learned how to work for you're self while working for others football- taught me how to read people and what they are thinking and taught me no matter how hard life hits you always find a way to get up soccer- taught me better balance and footwork which sadly helps tons of places boxing- never give up until you're dreams are accomplished or until you here the bell ring karate- always find a new perspective know matter how bad the situation was
track- no matter how much your heart hurts contunie to live on and don't let it slow you down cross country- no matter the distance always chase after what you want and don't stop until you get it
